Delivery dates
Available delivery dates can be selected at checkout. Our courier delivery service operates from Tuesday to Saturday, subject to availability and courier coverage for your postcode.
If you have a particular date or specific delivery requirement, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to discuss the available options.
Where we deliver
Our standard delivery service covers mainland UK addresses across Wales, England and Scotland, subject to courier coverage for your postcode.
Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are excluded from our standard delivery service. If you would like to purchase for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, please contact us before ordering for further information, availability and applicable shipping costs.
How We Pack Live Lobster for Delivery
Your live lobsters are carefully packed in insulated live-seafood packaging designed to help maintain an appropriate cool and moist environment during transit. Every order should be opened promptly on arrival.
On delivery day
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel wherever possible. As your order contains live, perishable seafood, it should not be left unopened for an extended period. Once delivered, open the insulated box promptly and follow the enclosed lobster care instructions.
Please check that the delivery address and postcode entered at checkout are complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays.
Delivery delays
We carefully prepare orders for the selected delivery date, but occasional delays may occur due to circumstances within the courier network or events outside our reasonable control. If your delivery is delayed or you have any concerns about the condition of your order when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tenbylobsterco.co.uk.
If there is an issue with your order on arrival, please retain the packaging and take clear photographs so that we can investigate promptly.
