Yes. Tenby Lobster Co. is designed around live lobster delivery, subject to availability and the delivery service offered for your postcode.
How should I store my lobsters?
Open the box immediately. Keep the lobsters cool, damp and refrigerated, and never place them in fresh water or submerge them in water.
Where are orders packed?
Orders are packed in Tenby, Pembrokeshire.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes. Available delivery dates can be selected at checkout. Our courier delivery service operates from Tuesday to Saturday, allowing you to choose from the available dates shown when placing your order. If you have a specific delivery request or require assistance with a particular date, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
What if there is a problem with my delivery?

Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?
We deliver to mainland UK addresses across Wales, England and Scotland, subject to courier coverage for your postcode. Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are excluded from our standard delivery service. If you would like to place an order for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, please contact us before ordering for further information, availability and applicable shipping costs.
How are live lobsters packed for delivery?
Our live Welsh lobsters are carefully packed in Tenby using insulated live-seafood packaging designed to maintain a cool and suitable environment during transit. Your order should be opened promptly when it arrives.
How long can I keep a live lobster before cooking?
We recommend preparing your lobster as soon as practical after delivery. Until then, keep it refrigerated in suitable ventilated packaging, cool and damp, and never place a live lobster in fresh water or directly against ice or frozen gel packs.
Where do your Welsh lobsters come from?
Our lobsters are sourced from the waters around the Pembrokeshire coast in Wales and carefully selected and packed in Tenby.
Can I order live lobster online as a gift?
Yes. Our live lobster boxes make a distinctive gift for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas and other special occasions. You can select an available delivery date when ordering.
How many lobsters should I order per person?
The amount you need depends on the size of the lobsters, how they are being served and the rest of your menu. Our lobster boxes are available in quantities of 2, 3, 4 and 6 live Welsh lobsters for everything from dinner for two to larger occasions.
