How Is Live Lobster Packed for Delivery?
Live lobster requires appropriate insulated packaging to help protect it during transport.
Your Tenby Lobster Co. order is packed within insulated packaging with cooling packs to help maintain suitable conditions during its journey.
The lobsters are not transported submerged in water. The packaging is designed to help keep them protected, cool and suitably humid during transit.
What Should You Do When Your Lobster Arrives?
Open your insulated box promptly after delivery and check your order.
Your lobster may be relatively inactive after travelling in cool conditions. Handle it carefully and follow the care information supplied with your order.
Keep the packaging until you've checked that your order has arrived as expected.
How Should You Store Live Lobster?
If you're not preparing your lobster immediately, keep it cool and refrigerated until you're ready to cook it.
Keep the lobster damp rather than submerged in water, avoid unnecessary handling and keep it away from heat and direct sunlight.
Never place a live lobster in fresh water.

Choosing Your Delivery Date
When ordering live seafood, it's sensible to choose a delivery date close to when you intend to prepare and enjoy it.
Available delivery dates can be selected when ordering. Our courier delivery service operates from Tuesday to Saturday, subject to availability and courier coverage for your postcode.
Someone should be available to receive the delivery and open the insulated box promptly.
Where Does Tenby Lobster Co. Deliver?
Our standard delivery service covers mainland UK addresses across Wales, England and Scotland, subject to courier coverage for your postcode.
Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are outside our standard delivery service. Please contact us before ordering if you have a delivery requirement outside our standard area.

The Coastal Duo contains 2 live Welsh lobsters, approximately 1.6kg total.
The Tenby Signature contains 3 live Welsh lobsters, approximately 2.4kg total.
The Pembrokeshire Luxe contains 4 live Welsh lobsters, approximately 3.2kg total.
The Pembrokeshire Grand contains 6 live Welsh lobsters, approximately 4.8kg total and is designed for larger gatherings and celebrations.
